Tomorrow will be September and a month later October will be here. Oh boy! More holiday season is on it’s way and my kids are excited about it. Especially October since it’s time for Halloween. Time to dress up and have some fun. Dressing up is fun not only for the kids but of course adults as well. Time to get ready and get the most beautiful and fun halloween costumes. I can’t wait to shop for the kids and for me too. Last year it was a lot of fun attending a Halloween party with all of us in costume. It’s always fun and exciting that we can’t wait to do it all over again this year. Looking forward to it.

I was working Sunday and again today. I am really looking forward for my day off tomorrow. I can’t wait to just sit back, relax and do nothing. Yes, nothing. Took the kids early to school and did some grocery shopping right after. Kids love to have some snacks after school and we are out most of it. So got it today and now it’s pack again. Kids will be glad when they got back from school and find all the munchies that they love. Hubby will pick them up cause my time won’t allow it. It’s just going to be a short shift which I am glad and will be home early afternoon. It’s hot and I wish for rain wholeheartedly. Hope will get some moisture this afternoon.

I am supposed to be off today but was called since someone forgot their shift. I was glad to do it since it was early and I can still pick up the kids after school is out. It was fine driving over there but when I came back, Oh boy! It was pretty hot. It has been on the mid 90’s for a couple of days but in the morning it’ cool. But when it hits noon, that’s where it started getting hot. Home now and already pick up the kids. Busy doing their homework and I am trying to sit down and relax for a little bit before starting dinner. Kind of tired after a long day but it was productive which is a good thing.

It’s Wednesday and kids are in school. I have been so busy lately working a lot of hours and finally I have a little time to unwind. Still working but it will be on the afternoon. Much better than starting pretty early. I will be able to pick them up and help them with homework before I go and maybe let them have so dinner also. That way, hubby won’t be so busy taking care of them. Some stuff are taken care of. I will be home late and they are usually asleep since they have to wake up early the next day for school. I will be off Friday and Saturday this week, in which I am grateful. We’ll see if we can do something fun over the weekend!

Oh boy! Just discovered this song called “Lead Me” from Sanctus Real. Really touching and it speaks a lot. Lead me with strong hands and stand up when I can’t. I keep listening to it and my heart feels peaceful. Pretty touching and loving it. Kids are home now and it’s one hot day. Just pick them up from school and they have playdates over. It’s fine with me since it’s the weekend and no school tomorrow. I am going to make spaghetti for dinner and told hubby to get some watermelon if he can stop by at the grocery store. I love watermelons, healthy and good in this kind of weather. Can’t wait to have it later.

Browsing on the net right now and I stumble on this online auction. A little curious of what it is about so I am checking on it some more. Oh wow! It fascinates me. They have all kinds of stuff going on there. All kinds of stuff is in auction. And the good thing about it is you can register and do some listing or sell something. I must tell my cousin about this site since her husband does this kind of stuff. They can list and sell all items that they need to sell. Lots of merchandise to choose from, I mean lots of selection and interesting stuff.

Another round of warm weather but thankfully it will rain in the afternoon. I am a little tired at the moment, did an eight hours yesterday and sleep late. Now I need more sleep for that matter. Lots of things to do but I am taking one step at a time. No need to hurry cause the more you wanted it done so badly, it won’t go it’s way. My little girl is happy that I will pick her up she doesn’t like it if I cant. I told her not to be sad if I can’t cause Dad will be there and pick her up. I think she is “mommy’s little girl” and little things or changes bother her sometimes. Have a good morning!

My husband’s oldest daughter is pregnant and is very excited of her first child. Hubby is gonna be a grandpa and me a grandma. I can’t imagine of that happening but it will be realized pretty soon. One thing I told my stepdaughter is to take some prenatal vitamin and asked her doctor about it. I had two kids of my own and I was taking it too. It’s a great help especially if you don’t get all the nutrients you need. And to be sure that it’s okay you must talk to your doctor and see what kind you need and so on and so forth. Can’t wait to see our little grandchild.

Yap it is. Took the kids to school and I am back now deciding what to have for breakfast. Hubby took his older daughter to the airport cause she is going to New York. I did not have enough sleep last night cause my son keeps waking up and woke us up. Now I don’t feel that great plus I have a long shift today. Maybe I will take a little nap before going to work. Hope it will make a difference. But before that I need to have some breakfast. I don’t like this so hot weather wish it was on the 70’s. But then again, snowy season is fast approaching so better enjoy the remaining of summer.

Although they said that tap water is safe to drink right from it, I just don’t like the taste. I can smell all kinds of stuff from it and I’m scared to give it to the kids. Not a fun of bottled water either so that best thing I can do is filter it. Hubby filtered it twice and the taste is really different. No smell, it’s water. That’s why in our household we always need a water filter because we use water often and hubby always love to have a good stock. According to him, it will be there when we need it. No fuss, no worries. Good thing we have a good supply of it.
